Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping costs
Express shipping is free on orders over $200. For orders under $200, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time
Many AuAlchemy pieces are made to order by our jewelry manufacturing partner. Each product page shows the estimated time before your piece ships. Most pieces ship within 1 to 10 business days; a few made-to-order pieces take longer, and their product pages say so.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away at service@aualchemy.com if anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Returns
For returns and refunds, see our Refund Policy.
